Já ouviram falar do evento internacional de ilustração e de livros “Ilustra Tour” em Valladolid, Espanha?
Trata-se de uma grande organização de referência internacional, que conta já com a sua 7ª edição, incluindo na programação workshops, conferências, apresentação de projetos a diretores de arte e editoras, exposições, etc., com participação de grandes convidados do mundo da ilustração, onde podemos encontrar também o nome português André da Loba!
O evento decorre de 30 de junho a 11 de julho, e no site podem ver várias facilidades que o evento organiza a nível de deslocações e alojamento, com descontos incluídos!

“At IlustraTour, everything turns around illustration and books: illustration workshops, one week-end of seminars and talks, exhibitions, meetings between publishers and illustrators and activities for general public. Since its beginning, 6 years ago, we have had the honour of having the collaboration of such prestigious illustrators as Kveta Packovska, Jutta Bauer, Lisbeth Zwerger, Satoshi Kitamura, Tony Ross, Rebecca Dautremer, Hervé Tullet or Isidro Ferrer, Oliver Jeffers, Chris Haughton, Kitty Crowther, Axel Scheffler, David Wiesner, Puño, Marc Boutavant…
IlustraTour takes places each summer in Valladolid, which is a nice small historic city one hour distance from Madrid by high-speed train. It is well-known for its important architectonic legacy, excellent food, nice weather and pleasant social life. We invite you to watch this video to know a bit more about IlustraTour’s experience. In 2014, we have on board some great illustrators such as Katsumi Komagata, Serge Bloch, Rotraut Susanne Berner, Vitali Konstantinov, Max, Ricardo Cavolo, Pablo Amargo, Arnal Ballester, Alex Mathers, André da Loba… And much more! IlustraTour 2014 will take place from 30th June to 11th July, a complete illustrated immersion welcoming more than 500 illustrators, editors, professionals and thousands of visitors. But every attendee can join the festival for the preferred period: two weeks, one week or just a weekend.”
